Validation. Uncertainty. Control Chart. AQAC Cycle (Analytical Quality Assurance)

ConfLab Software is based on the concept of the Analytical Quality Cycle (AQAC) [01], published in one of the international journals with the highest impact factor in analytical chemistry and currently applied in numerous references for validation, uncertainty, and quality controls [02 - 05].

Thus, ConfLab presents the validation module, which covers all statistical tests to meet the most rigorous validation protocols; the uncertainty module, which provides an appropriate estimate using validation information and the equipment applied in the method execution; and the quality control module, which properly monitors results during routine through control charts.

Considering that these calculations are related within the same database, it is possible through AQAC to update validation data and uncertainty estimates based on quality control results.

It is noteworthy that validation, uncertainty estimation, and quality control are key requirements in the current edition of ISO/IEC 17025, with ConfLab being an excellent ally to meet 100% of these requirements.
